Hi Kristin! Sounds like something is interfering with the game. You might have to do a backup of your mobile device followed by a factory reset. This will wipe all data on the mobile. After factory reset I suggest you only install the game (wait with installing other apps) and play a level after having connected the game…

Hi Heather! I have this feature already.. kind of :-) If I get stuck I ask one of my friends to come over to help me with the level I'm stuck at. I normally do a chocolate cake in return of the favor :-)

Hi Ruth! Try disabling any plugins and extensions in your browser. Also check what other programs you have running in the background while playing the game. I can also recommend that you use Google Chrome as it seems to run really well with Flash based games like Candy Crush. Cheers :-)
