Hi H_B! Please try a factory reset without installing any apps (stop the process on Google Play) - this way you can install only Candy Crush and find out if it is because it interferes with some of the other apps.

Hi Maureen! If the game was not connected to Facebook then all game data is stored locally on the iPad. I suggest you try a restore from iCloud or from your last chosen backup program. If there is no backup then I don't think there are other options than contacting a professional company that can restore data on mobile…

Here's how it's supposed to be: No Magic Beans (Free) = Hard difficulty level 250 Magic Beans = Medium difficulty level (+1 bonus to every match) 500 Magic Beans = Easy difficulty level (+2 bonus to every match) Cheers :-)
