Hi Kuracha! If you play on Facebook then you'll have all 920 levels available. On mobile devices you currently only can play till level 890. What happened since you can't play level 893 on Facebook? Cheers :-)

Hi H_B! Do you have other software running in the background? Please also do a clean up of old software apps, cache and settings. If nothing of this works you might have to do a factory reset.
