Hi Robin! Unfortunately there is no way to reset progress on Facebook. Instead I suggest you play on King.com or on a mobile device (without connecting to Facebook) Cheers :-)

Hi Gale! Sounds like your tablet turned off and went into battery savings mode. A simple reboot of your device should solve the issue. You can set timeout/in for battery saving in the Android settings menu. Cheers :-)

Hi! Level 920 on Facebook sounds correct. Sounds like you have a corrupt install of the game on your mobile device. Please make sure that you have up till level 866 on Facebook - if yes, then please uninstall the game on your mobile device, reboot, then re-install.
