Hi! If the levels looks right on Facebook then I suggest you do a complete un-install of the game on your mobile device, reboot, then re-install. After this you should be able to connect correctly to Facebook and your progress should sync to your mobile device without any errors. Cheers :-)

Hi Yasheel! Do you still have the levels on Facebook? If yes, then it's a matter of reconnecting the game to Facebook. Not sure what the 5868270431 code means - would that be the error code you received? Cheers :-)

Hi Michele! Sounds like a bad install of the game. Do you have the game connected to Facebook? If yes, then please un-install the game, reboot your mobile device followed by a re-install. After re-installing you can connect the game to Facebook again and all your levels will be back to normal. Cheers :-)
