Hi Maggie! This can happen if the game is not proper connected to Facebook. Please try this: 1) start the game 2) go into settings 3) disconnect from Facebook 4) reboot and start the game again 5) click the blue "Connect to Facebook" button and enter your login details Now the game should sync properly.
