friends and my game suddenly reset to level one and I cannot reboot, or anything...I didnt delete, i didnt reinstall ...so how does one recover the game to where i was?
are you playing on mobile? just click the button to connect to facebook and it should restore all your previous progress. it saves automatically as long as you are connected to facebook while playing. this will also allow you to pick up where you've left off if you ever get a new phone, want to play on an additional device (tablet, etc.), or if you ever accidentally delete or factory reset your phone data.
Hi Derek! For this problem with this level you needed to put to CANDY CRUSH SAGA section. In CCSS are not many levels.
Hi Derek! Do you still have the levels on Facebook? If yes then it could be that your connection from the game to Facebook needs to be reinitiated. Cheers :-)
