Hi ts3325, That happens because your avatar is stuck somewhere. You need to find the level (it's usually the first one that appears when you launch the game) that has no stars and then complete it and put some stars in it. That should help solve the issue. Cheers! Xarly

Hi Debbie, This is connected to the fact that your avatar is stuck on that level 1510. All you need to do is pass the level again and it'll push you back up to your current level.
