Tagging @Lola_Pop and @LadyRaffie Do you know if there is a problem with Kimmy’s Arcade? Looks like the Arcade doesn’t have an internet connection. When time is there for free play you'll see an exclamation point on the icon. It’ missing.

@MsStevens You need to check what the version of your game is. The latest version is 1.164.200.0 So make sure your game and device is updated. Clear the cache, log out and log in your game. You even can restart your device. Hope this helps 🙂

@Sherri_Bouknight I am so sorry you’ve lost your hammers 😢. Boosters are stored in your device's memory. So if you uninstall and reinstall your game, or your device crash, you'll lose all the boosters. The gold bars will be saved in your game though…
