  • Hello @vv5dv0 I’m sorry to hear that. Please try to force close your game, turn off your device for at least 10 seconds, restart your device. Check for any device or app updates and ensure you have at least 2GB free memory storage to run the game smoothly. Then log back in.

  • I reported it, and hear there are loading issues, but only on Facebook and Windows device, which the Studio is investigating. Therefore they would like to know if you play via King or Facebook account.
