Have you the latest update of your iPhone? And what version of the game do you have? You should have version 1.163.5

Can you try opening the game, logging out of the Kingdom or Facebook, closing the game, close all apps, turn off your device for 5 minutes and re-opening and connecting again? Make sure you have a stable internet connection. See if this helps.
