I think the Facebook connection issue is a seperate thing, this happens now and then. Do you have the latest app version and software for your phone. Check this out first.

This has happened to me, I'm not sure why it happens but my 2 recommendations are: Send your progress from Facebook to your device by clicking the “Play on Phone” button on the map. There's a search option in the inbox if I'm right? Type your friends name in the search bar and they should pop up.

I know there was an issue the other day with a lot of players losing their connection to facebook, therefore they lost their levels. Have you checked that you are still connected to Facebook? Maybe disconnect and re-connect if you are.

If you open the game and you have a full 5 lives in your inbox, then this is the maximum you can have. So if you accept anything that your friends send, it will just be magic beans :) 

Where did you see this? I haven't seen anything on the Facebook page...

Have you backed up your device recently, via iTunes or your PC? I don't think its 100% but if you have maybe your progress is saved there. Did you connect to the Kingdom in the games (the 3 crowns)
