  • Its probably not just this candy that's causing your game to freeze. It sounds like it could be all the movement that this combo causes. Try and make sure that your flash player in your browser is up to date. Then clear out your cache and try again. Hopefully this will stop the freezes.

  • This question is all over the site at the moment. I don't think that the last update was a level release by the sounds of it. I still have 390 levels in my game and that is it for now. I normally wait for an update on the Facebook page to tell me when the new levels are out: https://www.facebook.com/CandyCrushSodaSaga

  • The levels are grey'd out because level 390 is the last level that you can play right now. King haven't released any more levels yet :)

  • I don't think anyone has priority, its just the way the levels are released. Facebook first, then mobile after. Keep an eye on the Facebook page as they always post about the new levels: https://www.facebook.com/CandyCrushSodaSaga
