  • That looks like a little server error to me so it should only be temporary. Just to be safe I would clear out your cache in your browser, update your flash player and then try the game again. If the error was a temp server based the game should work now.

  • If you use the search function you will see that a lot of players have asked this question. I've seen it said before and here is my answer: https://care.king.com/en/candy-crush-saga/disappearing-boosters The app isn't designed to save anything so remember, don't build up your free boosters!

  • That's not good Tyani. I wish I had some good news for you but you're just going to have to play it again I'm sorry. If the game crashes there is no miracle cure for getting to the next level. I'm sure you can do it though. I'm wishing you the best of luck! Ps. Try and keep your phone clear, with memory and the cache etc…

  • I know this one! You need to create a line of cropsies next to the sheep, then wherever you made the move from, the sheep will jump to there. So, you need to make a combo with your first move being in the hay. I hope this makes sense. Maybe this video will help as well, watch for the moves with the sheep and how they act:…

  • Are you playing on Facebook or on a mobile? If you're playing on mobile then check that your app is still connected to Facebook/Kingdom (whichever one you sync'd with) it will show on the main screen or in the settings for the app. If you're playing on Facebook then remove the app from your games and add it again.   • So when you open up Facebook on your laptop you're on level 420? If so then open up Facebook on your phone and go into the settings section and then click on apps. Find candy and click on it... this will open up candy and should sync your levels. Hopefully this works for you.

  • When you have collected the right number of candies (as shown in the little meter thing) then you will see a prize screen with a conveyor belt. Here you have to click on one of the prize boxes to claim the free boosters :)

  • I think it can vary between devices and even updates. I mean sometimes the levels get updated so if you haven't got the latest update you might be playing a different version of the level etc. I hope this makes sense.
