  • I'm not sure what you can do sorry. I honestly thought that removing the game would help you. Have you tried connecting to the Kingdom in the app (the 3 little crowns) instead of Facebook. See if this helps you.

  • The game is embedded into Facebook so it sounds like a Facebook issue to me. Has he tried any other games? I read whilst searching around that this error means there is not enough memory available to play. So maybe clear out the browser cache etc to create some space. Take a look on Google, see what you can find.

  • It sounds to me like you have the new booster system. Some players now have it so that they don't see the boosters in the normal place (before the level) but they now see when they enter the level instead (at the bottom) Check this out and get back to me, let me know.

  • There were a few different packages I think, so one had 24 hours unlimited lives and then the other had 2 hours. Make sure you purchased the 24 hour one, it was probably the most expensive one by the sounds of it.

  • I've seen a few posts like this. I recommended making sure your progress is backed up (Facebook/Kingdom) and then remove and re-install the app. No one has really got back to me on those posts, so not sure if it worked or not, ha. Try it and let me know.
