I haven't heard of this issue before. I would check some other things on your mobile first before deleting the game. Check for updates for the game and phone, check your memory etc. Then if the wheel still doesn't work you can delete the game. You will lose your boosters and messages, but not your gold or levels if you are…

Okay, sorry, I thought you might have been connected to Facebook. I highly recommend it, or maybe even connect to the Kingdom if you have it in your game. Then your progress is always safe. Has the issue been sorted, is your game loading now?

Have you checked what level you are on with Facebook, on your computer/laptop? Check that your progress is there because at least then you know it has been saved. I know it might seem simple but also make sure that your Facebook app is actually signed in/signed in with the right account. 

It sounds to me like you don't have the latest version of the game as this is what normally appears at the end of an update. Have you checked out your app store to make sure there are no updates available. Check this and let me know :) 

This means that the app is already on your phone somewhere. Have you checking in the apps section to make sure that you don't already have it. It should have transferred over if you brought over your google account. 

Have you tried removing the game from your iPad, restarting it and re-installing it. This normally clears out any loading issues as it clears out any buggy issues and your cache etc. Try it! 

Its like I said, not everyone had this promotion. I know a few of my friends had it who don't buy anything in the game so I think its just a completely random thing. I'm sure most of the community here will tell you the same :)
