  • If the game updates or even sometimes if your phone gets switched off then you can lose your saved up boosters. The game isn't designed to save them, not like your gold bars and levels etc. If you paid for them then you can just go into the settings and click on restore purchases but if they were free from the booster…

  • I haven't ever seen that error before. I did a quick google search but nothing really came up. Can you post an image here of what the error looks like? What tablet are you playing on as well?

  • Can you let us know what the boosters are called because I've only seen the Scepter of Power myself (the one that collects any card even if it has a blocker on it) What are the others?

  • My friend had a response from King. This is being looked at so it seems its affecting a lot of players. I can only suggesting waiting for an update before you try again, save using up more boosters/bars etc.

  • I haven't seen this on the site. I only ever see the normal lives that I get from other players on there. Does it actually say its 5 full lives. Don't forget that you can only have a maximum of 5 lives, so if you're accepting this or trying to accept it when you have lives then its not gonna work, I'm guessing its to be…

  • I didn't think you could save lives on King.com. I know that when I log in I have my 5 lives as normal, then a few in the inbox to use, but if I reload the game they disappear. This is how it has always been for me anyway. How does everyone else's game act?

  • I read somewhere on here that not all players have this in their game. I think like the green candy challenge and some of the other promotions in the game, they are only handed out to a random selection of players. Maybe we will get the next one!

  • Hmm, have you downloaded the latest update of the game app. From what you have said it sounds like you are still playing an old version because there are about 900 levels out right now. Go into your mobile app store and check that you have the latest version.

  • There is no way to delete your progress on Facebook at the moment. Even if you remove the game and add it again it will still be there. If you are playing on mobile then just delete the app and install it again and you will start on level 1. Then connect to the Kingdom and save your progress there instead.
