  • Do you mind me asking what level are you actually on, playing wise? Maybe your game has lost its sync and set you back a few levels, check if your app is still connected to the Kingdom/Facebook.

  • There should be a little message inbox in the top right hand corner of the game where you can click to see your messages. Its a picture of an envelope. But remember this will only appear the first time you play the game, so if you close and come back, you won't see the messages anymore :)

  • I don't think there are any issues. There are quite a few videos on youtube showing all 13 pets coming down. I think you need to get the 3 that you mention down before the others will appear. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kR-bBPtLva0

  • Hey, relax, there's no problem. You'll notice that the update isn't out for iOS yet. The levels always appear on Facebook first and then later Android and then later again iOS. This is how it works so don't panic, nothing is broken you only need to wait for the new update which should be a few days :)

  • I think the King guys are looking into this. One of my friends who plays had the same issue. I'm guessing it's something you'll have to wait on for a little bit. Have you tried clearing out your browser cache though in-case. That can sometimes clear out unwanted info, might help!

  • There was an update for Android today right? It had a new episode of levels :) Ps. I think that now you can see a sneak peek of the new levels on the map even though they have not been released. Just so you know for next time :)

  • For me this level is all about creating combinations, its the only way to break down into the lower layers. Try and get your striped candies or wrapped candies to get to the bottom, then you have more chance of breaking apart the board. Maybe you can pick up some helpful tips from this user.
