I don't think there is a way to remove your progress/scores from your Facebook account. One thing you can try... Fresh install the game and don't connect to Facebook but connect it to the Kingdom instead (it's the three crowns icon) this is like King's way of giving you a profile and saving your progress.

This happened to me before and it was because I didn't have enough memory on my phone. The phone didn't tell me for ages either, it just kept running like yours. Make sure you have enough space in your memory. 

I saw this issue on here before, I recommended deleting and re-installing the app, but only if your progress is saved on Facebook and you're okay with losing any boosters (because they will disappear)

I just checked mine and the photos are next to the circle you have to click on, not over it. Can you post a screenshot so we can see it? Maybe check that your browser isn't zoomed in as well. 

Do you play on Facebook as well, have you checked your levels there? To me it sounds like a sync issue. I would check if your game levels are saved and try to synchronize. Go into the Facebook app, go to settings and apps and click on Pet Rescue :)

This just means that you're 'online' so you're using wi-fi or 3G etc. If you're not then you can't spin the booster wheel etc. 

Do you have your game connected to the Kingdom or synchronized to Facebook? Maybe your phone has lost the connection so check in the settings section of the app to see if you need to connect again. Maybe even check your computer first to see if your game has progressed. 

Is this an in-game promotion? I haven't seen anything. By the way, you just posted a link to the game, I'm not sure if you meant too. Can you post an image of this offer, I'm curious to see it.
