I think we got the question the first time ;) haha. The latest version is just automatically there, there are no downloads or updates for the Facebook version of the game. It gets updated instantly so when you log in its always the latest version. 

I think you might be watching some old videos of this level. In the old version if you combined 2 color bombs it would clear the left side but then the level got changed up and now that tactic doesn't work. Now you have to come up with a new game plan. Clear the left side a little, then use the color bombs to clear it out…

It's a difficult level but as far as I can see it doesn't need fixing. The level can be completely random with the ? candies. There can be bombs in this level if they get generated. This player gets some in his level: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vmgMKzUa1xo

It was 10 for the first promo a little while back but it was 1 for this one :) so 1 of each booster for the 5000 and 10,000 

Its an application only promotion so you won't see it on the Facebook version of the game. You will need to play on your mobile/tablet so hurry up and download that update! 

Did you collect any green candies? If you start to play the game as normal you will see a little meter filling up as you play the levels etc. Then as you get to certain targets you win some prizes.

What happens if you try to disconnect from Facebook, do your levels return? Or maybe you can check your Facebook on your computer to see if the progress is there. I don't think it will be lost. I think you just have to toggle the connection a bit to get it to show. 

That is part of the game play. It's the same with other King games as well. The lives and messages are only there when you play the first session, so if you close the game at any point, they will disappear. You have your 5 lives at the beginning and for me that's enough. 

This happens to us all, I'm not sure why or what to do for it. I always make sure my tablet cache is clear (just restart it) and I'm up to date with everything to lessen the chances of it happening, ha. The only thing I can say it good luck on getting past the level again.
