So what happens when you click to play it, does it go back your mobile home screen? Do you have the latest phone software as well. Check this out and also check that you have enough memory available on your phone! 

I found out that if you have 5 lives at the start of a game then any lives (messages) that have been sent to you by friends automatically turn into beans. But if you have less than 5 lives at the start of a game session you will be able to receive lives from your friends and these can be stored until you close the game…

Hello Inasso, I've seen this question posted on the site a few times. The general answer is that you need to pass the level again, there is no miracle cure I'm afraid. I hope you can get those 3 stars again.

Have you checked to see whether Facebook has saved your progress. Check on your PC/laptop if you can. If you see that it has, then its probable that your mobile game has lost its connection to Facebook. Check in the app settings to see if you are connected. 

You haven't said what device you are playing on but have you checked that you haven't lost your connection to Facebook or to the Kingdom, whichever one you are connected to. Check and try to connect again?

Do you get the magic beans instead or do you not get anything at all? I know that if you have 5 lives then you will only get magic beans. Have you blocked any part of the game at all?
