No resolution..still shows downloading characters

Every time there's an update there's a problem. I don't have these issues with any other candy crush game...maybe rethink your update team!!!

I haven't enjoyed the game in months. As soon as it updates everything disappears. Today I lost the lunar new year. I haven't had the sweet streak since the end of January and none of my team is playing Dachs delivery. You would think they would get new programmers because they are losing game players and money
