unfortunately no new levels were released over the Christmas/New Year break. I received my new levels yesterday - Tuesday evening around 9pm. I hope you get new levels soon.

On behalf of other players - thanks for your post. The lack of care for players by King for this and other ongoing issues is unacceptable - but somehow King management allow this behaviour to continue. The King go-to excuse of blaming players or their device/s is insulting. I fear for us all who enjoy the game. Fingers…

I do return reasonable reasonable life requests. If I return 50 life requests from one “player” does that mean I will receive 50 lives in return ? It is not a good gesture to send out so many life requests 😢

This is taking way too long to fix. It is difficult to play the game without lives - even for an experienced player. I am lucky if I get 1 or 2 lives per day. My message box is filled with one player’s request for lives!!! Coupled with the appalling lack of bonuses this is unacceptable treatment of clients !

Playing Nero’s quest (also misnamed Bingo) is a great way to win boosters - hence I do not understand why so many players sit on tiles for hours or days blocking the game for team mates. 🤷♀️🤦♀️ We also earn boosters from the all-player challenges - but they do not hand out many 😢

I see there are no new levels till January 7 - that’s a long time with little to do in this game - sigh.

I could not find the useful info Pretty Bubbles suggested. What level are you? I can tell you which are the nearest purple bubbles. I prefer to play the levels with purple and green in the game as the all purple or all green and random and I waste lives.
