hi I seemed to have lost all my lives from friends after latest update?

thanks @PrettyBubbles I have closed and reopened the game several times. It did not work for me either - I see another player responded with the same issue as me. I am not particularly worried but it would be a super pain for newer and other players.
there’s an earlier post about this - under “support” - same has occurred for many of us.

I've only just got my lives all back after them being missing for about 3 months.... Does this mean it's another 3 months before I get them back again.

I have lost all of my saved lives too!!!
I am unable to see boosters on the bottom of my screen. This started several weeks ago. Is there a setting to correct this?
I recently bought a new android phone SG Fold 7. I don't know how to retrieve my saved game from my old Fold 3. The screenshot from my Fold 7 shows my account name and email address.
Even though I receive and accept additional lives, they do not show up in my life "count'"

So, my Android phone hasn't updated with this weeks new levels, again. However, I installed the game on a ipad and that has the new levels. As this has happened before, I know the problem on the phone will be resolved with a game update. Any ideas?
