The bottom line is that KING does not care. It would cost them time and money to fix the problem. If they leave the situation as it stands then they figure many players will give in and spend money so buy additional live. I know that sounds harsh but it seems like today it's all about the mighty dollar. Regards, Robin

I'm more disappointed than anything. I will find another game. In the end I feel like King ignoring all of us with the same problem boils down to them asking themselves "what's in it for them". They are hoping that if they don't fix the problem that die hard lovers of the game will spend money on lives.

At this point I,m thinking of uninstalling this app permanently. Between the not receiving lives issue and the inability to really get involved with the tournament, it's so no longer fun. It seems as if the tech support team either doesn't know how to solve the issue or most likely just don't care. It's a shame because…
