  • Hi @Donna_Cornell! Do you play through Facebook, or do you use the app from the Microsoft Store? As far as I’m aware, if you download the app, then you’ll be able to have Petopia. However, for some reason it’s unavailable to play with Facebook.

  • It happens because when we almost reach level 10,000, we are hooked enough and willing to spend money in this. 😅 There’s a video by @Lynette on YouTube, she used 5 extra moves from ads, but she managed. I’m not patient enough, though. I used 5 extra moves, then 5 rockets to bring the pets to the left side.

  • Hi @Donna_Cornell! I believe they are frantically working on a fix. There’s no way for King to allow all the players leaving (though, sadly, plenty already did). However, because this seems to be a global Facebook issue, they’re probably working together with Meta to find a solution. That’s why it has taken them so long.…
