Hi @AnnieX! The way of tagging someone in this community is writing “@“ and the name of the person that you want to tag right after it, with no space. You can usually pick the name from a small list. Like this: That said, I’m happy Snow Rider found you. 🤗

It’d be great if you included on your post what type of device you have, which operating system, which version of the game, etc., so they can look at it and help you quicker.
