  • I did not actually respond through the support form. I submitted one form and received well more than 13 emails in response to it. I am not at all confused by what happened but you must be since you weren’t there and cannot say what I did or did not do with any degree of accuracy.
  • Yeah I understood “find a support ticket number” well enough. I never received one for the original issue. That’s why I told you that I did not have one. Crazy that they won’t give me any support but will send me 20 spam emails. The spam issue has been given a ticket number of 15557901. Or I assume that’s what it’s meant…
