Hi, so sorry that happened. So the daily gift screen would not go away. Instead of uninstalling the app, just try to turn your device off and then turn it back on. Also, always check to see if there is any new updates. I hope you contacted Players Support and you are now able to play our wonderful Solitaire🤗
