Where did you see the badge for level 150?

@Crazy Cat Lad, I have read the rules, but still a bit confused. . So I now start the two weeks for the badges? It says 2 weeks, then it said December 15th. So is it any 2 weeks start to finish until 12/15 to get 150 levels?? Starting at level 20
