Maybe they just expired? Do you play on iPhone or Android? Might be an iPhone only issue.

As already told, there is no way to sell your Gold bars. This is not possible or allowed.

How exactly is the level bugged? Are there any cropsies you cannot reach to collect, for example? You might want to add some screenshots too, to show us what is wrong exactly.

There are several ways to keep your progress in Farm Heroes Super Saga, also allowing you to play with same account/levels reached on 2 or more devices. Of them, I think Facebook account is best.
