I've tried doing that a hundred times....even had windows 10 downloaded this weekend, and still nothing.....i hate playing on my phone, its too small....I wish King Games cared enough to help....oh well I guess this is one game i will have to stop playing.

I have the same issue, and none of the "solutions" work, I was able to play on Chrome for about 3 weeks, and than I got the blue screen, so I switched to IE, played on that for a couple weeks, than got the blue screen.
