3.1.5 eligibility requirement of gold etc. What is the maximum amount of gold a player may have to still be eligible for tournament? Thank you in advance.

As usual on events, I assume that I will be able to pass a Legendary level once the 2nd knockouts round has completed. So disappointed to get so far but stuck on lvl I started 2nd knockouts on after rolling through earlier and no I will not purchase power ups to advance.
