Hi @David_S._Pope you may contact the King Support team by clicking the "Contact us" at the bottom of the this page because you can't go back to random group once you've created an F5 team or join a customise team. I hope you will consider joining a customise F5 team instead. Good luck and hope your issue can be solved 🙂
