Facebook connection

Question

I am not able to connect to Facebook so I am not receiving lives from my FB friends. I have tried a couple of ways but no luck,

Hi there @Miliza1962 and good day to you.

Whilst the issue is being fixed with uncertain time frame, you may want to try the following methods temporarily:-

* Disconnect your device/game from the internet/wifi, wait for several seconds or more. Then reconnect the internet/wifi to the device/game. Play a few levels and try to send lives to your friend.
* If you desperately need life and wanted to continue your game. You may download the CCS app to your Win10 PC (if you have one) as your life will reset to 5 if you log in to the game in different device or platform (i.e. different browsers). However, if you chose to switch devices/platforms, do remember to exit the game properly before continue in another device. This is a cumbersome method but you may try it out 🙂

There is currently an issue with sending and receiving lives for some people, At present this is being investigated and we will update when we have any news on a fix for this

* Millions of Game messages are being sent every day across the Games all around the world. Some may get stuck in the system & arrive with a delay, not reach certain devices or platforms or not arrive at all. It’s always worth resending the request or Life, hopefully it will get through eventually & reach your Game.
* Facebook recently made a change to its platform & this means that you might experience issues when sending/receiving Lives and/or messages from Friends. King is aware of this issue & is working to fix it as quickly as possible.* You can also take a look at this Thread HERE with some more info as well as other Players' experiences on this matter.

* Extra Tips* If you have your Game connected through Facebook, make sure that it has access to your Facebook Friends List. This permission will automatically expire from time to time & if the Game doesn't have such access all Lives will remain blocked (go Here for more help & info on this).
* If you play on a Mobile device, make sure that your Game is updated to its latest version (here are a couple of guides on how to keep your Apps updated on Android & iOS).
