Both of my Android phones show “Bakery – Starting Soon” in Candy Crush Soda Saga. The game is fully up to date and we are online, but the Bakery event does not start on either device. What is causing this issue? Is the event currently disabled or delayed on the server side?

I just made a payment. The money has been deducted from my card, but the gold and rewards I purchased have not been credited to my account.
