That isn't true with me. I've passed a dozen or so levels and none of the bubblegum levels have appeared yet. I still have the event for 5+ days but I'm unable to play any bubblegum levels.3 -

Same here. The bubblegum levels are usually on the left side of the screen but they've disappeared. I'm also unable to to play the bubblegum levels.3
