I cant find a reward from my treasure chest
i just won a card with what looked like a lynx on it. It said it was rare but I can’t find it anywhere in my game. Where should it be and what does it do? Thanks!

Save progress delete all levels.
This evening before closing the game I clicked on the blue button "saves the progress". When I later resumed the game, my progress was all gone and the game as broken down by level 1. Help!
My boosters disappear all the time
All my boosters keep disapearing regularly. What can I do to stop having this issue. Can you give me back all my bonus (about 50 of each boosters joker card and all).
New update won't work
I updated 8th of january. But the new levrll wont start or even show. I contacted support but no response. Can somebody provide an answer or sollution?

Hello, I would like to know how to remove a "best buddy"... Beside poking the buddy each day, there is no option to remove her/him... How to do to remove this person? Thank you
