Pyramid won't load on my IPad anymore.

I'm past level 400, but now it refuses to load. Many others have same issue. Response please.

If your game won't load, it is very simple to fix. Turn off your ipad and restart. It worked for me.

Ensure that you have plenty of free memory on your device, as this can cause freezing problems,and check the Appstore/Playstore to see if you have the latest version of Pyramid installed.
Also make sure, if you play connected to Facebook that you have the latest version of FB installed on your device too.

A friend of mine had the same problem and she uninstalled the game completely and re-installed the game and it worked, but be careful because you need to back up your progress on you ipad or you will lose all of your levels as you do not play connected to FB.

I have IPad 2, which is supported. I do not play through Facebook. I have plenty of memory. I have the latest version of Pyramid, which from other posts may be the source of the problem. Too bad King is ignoring everyone with this issue.

Installed the game and it does not work
