Which iPad model do you have? Check the FAQs and see if your device is still compatible.

Ensure that you have plenty of free memory on your device, as this can cause freezing problems,and check the Appstore/Playstore to see if you have the latest version of Pyramid installed.
Also make sure, if you play connected to Facebook that you have the latest version of FB installed on your device too.

I have IPad 2, which is supported. I do not play through Facebook. I have plenty of memory. I have the latest version of Pyramid, which from other posts may be the source of the problem. A friend of mine had the same problem and she uninstalled the game completely and re-installed the game and it worked, but be careful because you need to back up your progress on you ipad or you will lose all of your levels as you do not play connected to FB.Which iPad model do you have?
