My messages, envelope icon - not loading
When I click on the icon for my messages, the box has green check marks, however there aren't any messages/friends names. Occasionally, if I scroll to the bottom of the message box, I will have a life from a friend. However, it is usually blank but for the green check marks. Why aren't I able to see my friends names or gifts? This happens when I log in with king or facebook. I sent an email, but then issue hasn't been resolved or answered. Thanks for any answer you can give me!
