Why won't my levels sync on different devices?

I used to play on my phone, as well as on my iPad, but they got out of sync (never mind playing on Facebook, from my computer, there  I won't get anywhere, as levels beyond 100 or something like that don't even exist).

I got my new iPhone, and I downloaded the app, the levels are complete wrong, yet, I'm signed up on Facebook on both.

I'm almost on the last updated levels on my iPad, while on the iPhone I'm way behind!

Can it be fixed?

That doesn't solve my answer, I have done that before repeatedly, especially a few months ago,when it started happening with my smartphone/ipad2. I will try it once more, but I have little hope.
