I have been seriously overcharged each time I have purchased the piggy bank which is $4.45 - I have been getting charged $10.47 and above along with a separate $1 charge too. How do I arrange a refund please?

Since you play on an iOS, please contact Apple/ iTunes Store directly since they handle all transactions and refunds made through iTunes or App Store.
Easiest way to report it is to click here below, log in to your Apple-ID account and click on the “Report a problem” button to the right of the purchases in question:
