Lost boosters

I signed into FB for the first time yesterday and lost 100+ boosters that I had collected and had been saving for some time. There must be a way for King technical to see what I had and to replace it? Please help. If signing into FB creates such a loss then what is the value in connecting?

Forgive me as I do not play this. I am just looking for questions that need help.
Are you playing on a mobile device? I have a link here that explains why you might have problems with boosters.
I am going to pass this over to a King moderator who as if you signed in, did you lose progress too?
