After a update my game just stop , i can’t play and i don’t want to loose my level 477.

Are you logging in with a Facebook or King account? If so your progress is saved on the servers. 

What is the exact issue you are having?

Thank you for posting on King Care. What is the device you are playing on? Is it through the game app, Facebook or on the King site? If using a browser which one and have you tried a different one?
