All Boosters Gone

I have been saving up my boosters for a long time now, and had accumulated almost 50 jokers, as well as 100+ of all of the pre-game boosters. Logged in a couple days ago to find that ALL of them were GONE. No device change, no updates, nothing. Please help! What do I need to do to get these back?

I'm sorry this happened! I've compensated you for the issues. Although it might not be as good as what you had, I hope it alleviates a bit the frustration.
Just a reminder that boosters are indeed connected to the devices. This is why losing them all is usually connected to a device issue of some kind. If the levels and gold bars remain the same it means that your connection to our servers is correct and that the issue happened with your device and the data storage of it.
If it happens again, we can look into it together.
