Problem with booster

A few days ago when I came back and I reconnected to facebook, all the bonuses disappeared. I had something like 16 scepters 14 jokers and 9 card refills (as well as various boosters), and since I've been playing games for years to get them, I'd like them to be returned. How can it be done?

Hi Nicola,
Did you reconnect in another device? The game saves the progress and the gold bars but the boosters are specific to each device. The reason behind this is because this way you are able of playing offline as well, as long as your device saves the boosters.
If you want to use the boosters you had, you would have to use your previous device. If they aren't there, please let me know.
