Boosters lost

I haven't upgraded my system and this is the 4th time all of my boosters have been lost.  It appears that every time there is an pyramid upgrade the booster are wiped out.  How can this be avoided?  It's getting so annoying that I am losing interest in the game.

Do I need to be logged into the King at all times when playing or does end of the day work?

I'm sorry to hear so! If your account is properly connected to Facebook or the Kingdom this shouldn't be happening. You can find more about it in our HelpCenter, and in articles like this one here.

Same things happened today.
I use to play all the times i had lots of boosters (8 magic rayon: 10 sparkling ball; 22 scroll 3 rainbows and 3 stars).
I begin to play and the old rewards appears : the old quests at the left   on the screen. No medals available. And with tous bug of the ils quests no booster anymore. I dont upgrade anything. I thé To connect with my email count. No way To fix.
