How do i claim the treasure  chest key.  I have  completed level  761 with  3 stars

    I was able to locate your game records and I can see your way passed this level now. I've compensated you for the trouble and we'll keep an eye on this feature as we haven't received any more similar reports about the same issue.

    Do you refer to the chest at the Roadblock between levels 762 and 763?

    Could you post a screen shot of that so I can take a closer look at this?

    No I have no roadblock,  it is the key that unlocks a reward chest

    Which game are you asking about @Karen_Cook ?
    It sounds like it's not Pet Rescue (where this is posted) but another game like Candy Friends.

    @Karen_Cook So you're saying that there was a key when you got to level 761? You don't need to pass the level the key is on, just reach the level so something must have gone wrong.
