Restarted progress after facebook sign up

Hello, i was in 1023 lvl and after sign up on facebook i have reseted progress, can you help me please?

    I am sorry to hear about the issue in your game!!  Is this the first time you are signing into the game through Facebook?  OR did you create an account before itself?

    Yes, it was my first time into sign up to facebook to save my progress. I want to play on new phone, thats why i wan to save my progress.

    ** Scroll down all the way to the bottom of that Help Article ---> Go to the second paragraph where it says "What we suggest is that you connect the game to either Facebook or Kingdom now............"   

    ** Since you have already signed in to Facebook, now play a level and click on "here" in Green fonts and follow the directions that come up.  

    NOTE:  Please remember that the Support team will bring your level progress back but not the high scores you had before.
