game kept crashing so deleted & reloaded. Have played for years. Way past 1000 games & had lots of gold bars. Was linked to my Facebook but now all progress is lost & im back at the beginning   Please help

    Can I have your User ID please so I can start by locating your game records? Which level are you supposed to be on?

    Thanks for your response. Would my user ID be my email?  Can’t remember my exact level - roughly 1180
